Single Life Coaching Session for Goal Setting and Planning:

  • One session to find out your balance, direction and set new goals.
  • Have it once in awhile to clear the clutter and set short term goals

  • Setting/achieving inspirational goals, health, life, relationship improvement
  • Weight management
  • NLP, meditation, relaxation, Thought Field Therapy

Telephone Life/Health Coaching sessions are available in Australia and New Zealand
